Epsilon Research is founded by Wim Zwinkels. After his study econometrics he has built up practical experience as researcher, project leader and manager for more than 20 years. He has extensive knowledge on labour and social security arrangements and institutions. He is also familiar with European issues on employment. In his work he focuses on sharp analyses. Data and (econometric) models play an important role but cannot be seen isolated from the actual practice. Through his work he tries to contribute to the improvement of labour participation. He is national expert on effectiveness of active labour market policies.
